We use trusted third-party providers to run the service. Each processes your data only as needed to provide their service:

Optivem is based in the United States, and some of our providers are located in the United States or elsewhere. Where we transfer data out of the EU/UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
We keep enrolment and contact data for as long as you have access to the Accelerator and for a reasonable period afterwards. Financial records are kept as long as required by law (typically several years). Office-hours recordings are kept as part of the program library so that enrollees retain replay access. We otherwise keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time (see Section 7), and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
If you are in the EU or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email email us.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information — though we do not sell or share your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
This site and the learning platform use only essential cookies needed to run the site and your enrolment (for example, to keep you signed in). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings, though blocking essential cookies may affect how the site and platform work.
